Commercial - Moody Organic Classic Office

The client, a custom home builder, required renovation of an old property to become their new headquarters. Scope of work included interior design of the foyer and main reception area and office, along with exterior design of the facade. The desire for a fresh, organic but moody space, with a modern classic feel, was expressed by the client. However the exterior was to remain light and bright, with a design that reflected the interior, as well as their reputation for high quality. Cube shelving for 60 folders was a must, as well as desk space to seat three people, space for the photo copier, lots of storage options, filing cabinet drawers and a high reception desk to conceal all paper work. The project's time frame and budget were prioritised when specifying all materials, hardware, fittings and fixtures.
