This website is operated by Elomou Interiors. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully, as use of this site and/or placement of any order through this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Elomou Interiors reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are of legal age in your state to place online orders and use our services on this website, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Elomou Interiors reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. If the order is cancelled by Elomou Interiors, all received monies will be refunded using the method received. Elomou Interiors reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Occasionally there may be information on elomouinteriors.com.au that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars $AUD. Prices for our Products/Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Product/Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

 

Delivery Terms

Any delivery timelines provided by Elomou Interiors are estimates only. Elomou Interiors will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct email, phone and delivery address. Elomou Interiors cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered details. Please note that for all items being delivered throughout Australia via Australia Post, if a card is left in your mail box to advise you when and where your parcel can be collected, please note that Australia Post holds parcels for you for 10 business days. If you do not collect the item within those 10 business days, and the item is returned to us, we will post it to you again once we have received payment of a further postage cost.

 

Acceptance of the Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

 

Gift Vouchers

All Gift Vouchers purchased online are emailed. We keep a record of online gift vouchers purchased should the recipient lose their copy. Once a gift voucher is purchased, it cannot be refunded. It can only be used to purchase items on this website.

 

Change of Address

Elomou Interiors cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If you think there is a problem with the shipping address you entered, please contact us immediately via email at hello@elomouinteriors.com.au

 

Refunds, Exchanges, Returns, Warranties & Cancellations

International Customs Charges

We do ship internationally out of Australia, however some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge, which Elomou Interiors are not responsible for. Elomou Interiors do not have any control over these charges and we are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Elomou Interiors will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Elomou Interiors will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees, as this is an illegal practice.
