CURRENCY + PAYMENTS

In what currency is your pricing?

Australian Dollars $AUD

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MCard, AMEX, ApplePay, ShopPay, GooglePay and PayPal. All of these payment options will be available during your checkout process.

We do not accept Afterpay or ZipPay.

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and packaged ready for shipping within 1 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders will not be shipped on weekends, public holidays, or when an office closure notification period is announced on the ‘Contact Us’ page, which you can check here > Contact Us

What freight companies do you use for shipping?

In most cases, your order will be shipped via Australia Post. In some cases, such as if your order is large or exceeds 100cm in length, your order will be shipped via a courier company.

Do you ship to Australia Post Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes?

Yes we do, as long as you order does not exceed 100cm in length.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally out of Australia, to a very limited selection of countries. Some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge in your country, which we are not responsible for covering the cost of. See our Shipping Policy for full details > Shipping Policy

Where will my order be shipped from?

All items will be shipped from the mid north coast of NSW, Australia. Post code 2444 or 2445.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Pick up of your order is available from Port Macquarie NSW in Bellbowrie Street. Please contact us via email at hello@elomouinteriors.com.au to receive a code to use during checkout so you won't be charged for shipping. Then place your order online and we will then notify you via email once your order is ready for collection.

What are your XMas 2023 order cut off dates?

We have received notification from *Australia Post that parcels must be ordered by the following recommended dates to be able to receive your items prior to XMas 2023:

STANDARD POST:
Order by 18 Dec (WA by 15 Dec)

EXPRESS POST:
Order by 21 Dec (WA by 20 Dec

*These dates are recommendations from Australia Post Business and as such, we do not take any responsibility for parcels not arriving prior to XMas, as delivery time frames are out of our control once parcels are lodged. These dates are for delivery within Australia only.

RETURNS

Can I return my order for refund or exchange?
